All of these things lend themselves beautifully to email therapy, and release can often be achieved by talking about these issues in a supportive environment. In addition, anyone who perhaps feels embarrassed to talk to someone face-to-face will find email is a very reliable substitute.

This means you can write as often as you like. A single problem may have many 'aspects' to it and some of these will not show up until you start to explore your issues. From the advisors point of view, this is a good thing, as it helps guide both of us to the core issues. A single payment covers around 1 - 2 hours of email reply time, depending on the circumstances.

Please adhere to these few basic principles before undertaking online email discussions or online therapy through this website.
- You understand this is a paid for service?
- Entrust a close friend, parent or your doctor that you are conversing with me.
- You agree not to deliberately mislead Phil by giving him false information.
- If I cannot help you, I will tell you the reason and refund ALL of your money.
- If you choose not to go ahead before starting, I will refund ALL of your money.
- Either of us may discontinue our email relationship at any time. I will fairly work out a pro-rata amount for time used and time remaining, and issue a refund of the remainder.
- If it becomes necessary to operate a waiting list, you can accept to wait or receive a refund.
- This is a one-to-one service. Do not do this on somebody else's behalf, unless they are incapacitated in some way.
- I operate from England, UK. Our joint work is governed by UK law.
- You agree that no warranty as to the effectiveness of this service provided by Phil Chave or the DistantHealer website is either expressed or implied.
- You agree to have alternative sources of help available if this service is interrupted for any reason.
- This is not a 24 hr service and you agree to find appropriate services in your local area to assist you, should an emergency arise.
- You agree not to hold Phil Chave or the DistantHealer website responsible for direct or consequential loss because of internet service failures or computer malfunction, viruses or untimely delays in email delivery.
- Phil Chave is not a doctor, nor does he have a medical background. He does not provide medical advice or practice medicine, online or offline.
- You agree that Email Therapy is in it's infancy and therefore not as thoroughly researched as conventional therapy. There may be limitations that only manifest as we progress and may only be resolved by your resorting to move to another delivery modality.
- These Terms of Service may be updated at irregular intervals and you should familiarize yourself with them before commencing or recommencing any communication.
