PRICING POLICY
I could put up a great big list of treatments and price them all differently, with large variations of mix and match offers, but I like to keep things simple.
So instead, I charge by time.
My time is £40/hr or £20/half-hr.
So, whatever treatment you decide is right for you, it will cost you this much. If you want Spinal Touch for your back, but you have a bit of a bad knee, or a TMJ problem. I will adapt the treatment to make sure we address the issues you want to deal with, in the same hour. That way you can budget and know before we start, what it will cost.
SPECIAL OFFER
The only deviation here, is this: If you need several treatments or long term palliative care, by paying up front for 3 treatments (£120), you get the 4th treatment for free.
Counselling and other treatments for young children are at reduced rate (or £30/hr).

It's important to tell your therapist if you are unwell, newly pregnant, taking prescribed medication or currently having any medical investigations. In some cases it may be necessary to request your GP’s consent before carrying out your treatment. Appointments will be cancelled without notice if a client arrives under the influence of drink or drugs and the full fee will become due.

CANCELLATION POLICY
24 hours notice is required prior to appointment cancellation. Failure to do so will incur a 50% charge. Arriving late for your appointment will result in
your treatment time being adjusted accordingly.
PAYMENT
Preferred method of payment is by cash or cheque. Cheques are accepted with a
valid guarantee card on the first visit, but not required thereafter.
PACKAGES
First visit always incurs the full charge. All multiple treatment bookings thereafter are to be paid for at the time of the first multiple session. Missed appointments in the 4 for 3 package will incur a 50% charge. Late arrival often has a knock on effect for subsequent clients and so a shorter session will be offered. Where no subsequent client is expected, your treatment will run its proper course and time.
GIFT VOUCHERS
The Haven Healing Centre has variously priced GIFT VOUCHERS which can be a useful way to pay for a present treatment anytime during the year.
Very infrequently a client may be, or become, unsuitable for a requested treatment and so a more suitable treatment will be offered for their approval.
