Hi Phil,
I'm a 15 year old girl, from Australia, and I woke up this morning at around 4 o'clock, with an extremely painful headache and a blocked-up nose. I had to sleep basically sitting up, because even the slightest pressure on my head was painful - I couldn't even use a pillow.
I've never had sinus problems before, but I guessed the pain was to do with my sinus, because I had a cold recently. I tried everything, from antibiotics to humidifiers, but nothing worked. I found your website, and although I'm skeptical of Spiritual Healers, I tried your Tapping technique, and it worked! My head now doesn't hurt, and I can feel the (for lack of better word) snot actually moving around again, instead of being blocked up.
Thanks so much for putting your chart out there for people like me to use - it's really helpful, and now I'm not clutching my skull in pain.

Hi, I came across your article from an email I recieved. I just graduated from medical aesthetics and actually learned Manual Lymphatic Drainage as part of our training. I've been a sufferer for years with sinus problems, headaches, ect. My son who is 9 just recently is suffering with the same symptoms as I have. Not thinking of lymph drainage for the sinus area (because we were taught it as more of a way to reduce swelling after having surgery) I tried it on my son who has been on two antibiotics and steroids with no relief. Well let me tell you after doing MLD on him his sinuses just drained and drained and he feels like a million bucks!! I'm glad I came across your article and put what I learned to good use.
