Sports Improvement Training for Peak Performance - CD
EFT in Sport
Use EFT to Improve Sports Performance, Concentration, Training, Stamina and Technical Ability. Which sports? Rugby, Football, Golf, Racing, Darts, Tennis, Athletics, Running. Harness the combined power of mind and body.
Are you performing at your peak? No? Let EFT take the strain.
EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) is starting to generate impressive results for EVERY sport that it is applied to. This is probably because in every sport, the weakest link is the person taking part. The principles that determine whether you are performing at your peak are the same, regardless of the sport, from bungee jumping to scrabble, and from high impact sports to skittles.
It can be extremely frustrating, can't it? What causes you to perform fantastically one day and dismally on another day? Do you suddenly become unfit overnight? Do you forget what you are supposed to be doing? No, not at all. You are still the same player you were the day before. So what's changed? Your emotional content. How you 'feel'. And that's it really. Your emotional state is blocking your performance. Change the way you feel, to the same way you did yesterday, and you will play just as well as you ever do when you know you're 'in the zone'.
When you understand the damaging effects of stress, anxiety or destructive self-talk in sport, you begin to see how normally successful athletes can have their efforts compromised, for example, following a string of 'bad luck' and persistent losses.
What can EFT be applied to in sport?
The EFT motto is: Use it on everything. This means anything that can affect your game or sport. Just think about this for a minute. What elements have an affect on your performance? Your self esteem, your stress level, your motivation, your health, your fitness, your can-do attitude, your ability to visualize yourself winning, without all of the self doubt that can creep in.
A thousand things can determine whether you make the shot or not, and one thing is certain, when you are not in the right mental frame, you just as well not be there. In this regard, the benefits of applying EFT to oneself can show great potential and significant improvements can be made in performance and results. All sports men and women know that the difference between the average athlete and the elite athlete is a lot more mental than it is physical.
It is your mind (your emotional state) that holds you back and it is also your mind that allows you to access your best performances. You just have to know how to work through any issues that are preventing you from performing at your peak.
This is where EFT comes in. A few rounds of EFT tapping can help to relax and refocus the mind, eliminate the emotional stress that causes inaccuracy, and can improve your game beyound your wildest imagination. 'You Tube' has many examples of top athletes who use EFT in their game prior to a big tournament, to improve performance, overcome stumbling blocks and stay focused. Why not make EFT part of your training program?
What sports could benefit from the introduction of EFT into the training regime?
Any kind of sport that requires precision, timing, brawn, speed, mental ability and stamina.
All successful sports or games performance comes from having a positive mental attitude. Improvements in performance can be limited by a player staying in their 'comfort zone'. This is a level where they feel they 'belong'. They are comfortable here, technically able, but stuck at this level, believing they can't improve anymore or achieve greater results. This is simply not true. EFT can help you reach new heights in your game or sport, simply, quickly and easily. There's nothing else like it!

Make the decision to be a winner!
Most people on the pitch, or in any sporting game are there to do the best they can. They are there to play, have fun, win if they can. But, winning doesn't seem like a priority (until they lose) and by then it's too late. They have never really set a goal and made the decision to be a champion.
EFT is the perfect way to eliminate the emotional barriers to your success.
What are these emotional barriers?
You know them as unexplained tension in your muscles, performance nerves, stresses in your body, fluctuating blood pressure, a mind that is not focused on the job at hand, and the self doubt that creeps in which manifests as a lack of confidence.
Eliminate your barriers to success
Is it a fear of failure, or a fear of success? It doesn't really matter. Either way you're doomed! Fear of failure will cause you to fail. Fear of success means you can never succeed. Fear is too powerful an emotion to mess with, especially when you need to be calm and poised. EFT will help you identify your internal conflicts, your beliefs about yourself and your barriers to success in sport, and eliminate the ones you don't need completely.
What it takes to be a winner in sport
Without exception, all sports men and women know they can do better. Being a winner in sport means 'getting the edge' and keeping it honed so you stay sharp.
This does not mean you have to be twice as good as the next person. A horse can win a race by the thickness of his nose. That doesn't make him twice as fast, does it?
No, it just means he was faster by a 'nose'. That's it, that's all he needed to be a winner. A runner just needs to be a fingernail better than the next runner. That's all. That's the difference between being a winner and coming second.
Have you got what it takes to put in that tiny bit of extra effort?
If you are a winner, and you've planned to be a winner, you only have one thing to do. Determine the price for success and decide to pay that price in full. This is the sign of real commitment, that you will do whatever it takes to be a winner, you will pay the price for success. Only then can you reap the rewards of success.
Achieve your sporting dreams with the aid of EFT
As a mobile therapist, I am available to travel to you and assist you in the comfort of your own home, or gym, or training ground. At other times, or for greater distances, it may be possible to do this work over the phone. Ultimately, EFT is a tool, one that you can learn and use yourself. Most of the art of EFT though, comes in the guidance that will move your 'comfort zone' to a higher level and address the specific impediments to performance that have held you back thus far.
My final message to you is this: If you long to do better in your sport, make that choice now and believe in yourself. Try EFT and see what it can do for you. Don't wait! The sooner we start analysing your game and applying EFT to the outcome, the sooner you are likely to see your performance soar to new heights. If you live in any of the towns and villages on the left of this article, you are well within a 2-40 minute drive of The Haven Healing Centre, and I'd be delighted to see you.
Please call Phil Chave on 01761 462722 to make your appointment or to talk about a treatment plan structured around your needs.
Don't wait. Make your appointment today. You'll be glad you did!
P.S. If you are having difficulty finding the mental clarity to win the game in your head prior to winning on the field, now is the time to start an EFT program. Peak performance is not an accident. You must have a superior plan to win and put that plan into action. Pick up the phone and give me a call, right now! You can do EFT training right alongside your current training program and remove all the blocks to your highest achievement.
