Why choose Distant Healing?
Distant healing is request healing performed when the patient is not present. This can mean that the patient is a long way away, perhaps in hospital, or even in another country.
The Healer attunes to his/her higher-self guides and askes them to transmit healing energies to the person(s) that have asked for it. In this regard, time and distance are of little concern, and this form of healing can be very effective.
For my own conscience, I ask that the patient be made aware that this healing has been undertaken for them, whenever it is requested by another family member. I believe it is a right of the patient to know what is being done on their behalf, and if they object, for whatever reason, to honour that request and right. Friends and relatives, I understand the love and concern that you have, so I know you will understand why this is so important.

Healers never promise a particular outcome but it is unusual for healing not to be helpful in some way.

What time does the Distant Healing take place?
Distant Healing is offered between 9 and 10 o'clock, UK time, every evening.

Very often the patient wants to take part in this, either by just thinking about it at that time, or by meditating, or by attempting to "tune in" to the healing. This is why this page is here, so you can get the time right.
If you feel that taking part would help the healing process along, and you are physically able; I would ask you to find a quiet place, where you won't be disturbed, for perhaps a few minutes during the hour. Perhaps play some very quiet relaxing music, to help you attune.

Close your eyes. Take several deep breaths. Breathe in through the nose, and breathe out through the mouth. As you do this, just allow yourself to relax. Become aware of the support that the chair/bed is giving you, and the support that the floor is giving you. Focus on your breathing. Concentrate on your breathing. Any stray thoughts you have, just say 'Thank You' and let them drift away. Keep doing this and you will find that the stray thoughts slow down and eventually disappear. Don't force it, let this just happen naturally.

You will become very calm and relaxed, capable of receiving and using for your higher good, all of the healing that you are meant too.
