Please Note: Whilst it was possible to shrink these .wav files almost to nothing, with the resulting lack of quality, these sounds are good quality, because they are designed to be left running in the background, allowing you to achieve the best possible relaxation that you can. It's okay to close your eyes and take two or three big, deep, 'tummy' breaths. This tells the body to relax and go into tension freefall. Does Spiritual Healing help with Stress? ... Oh, Yes, Yes, Yes, Yes! Stress affects us all at some stage in our lives, and for some, either because of family problems, work problems or health problems, stress is an integral part of their lives, the one thing that can drag us down into a seemingly bottomless pit of depression. Like death and taxes, the effects of stress seems to turn up when you least want them too, and when you're least able to cope. Just one session of healing can be a life saver in these circumstances. Allowing people to look at their problems in a different light and from a much more sedate angle. I try healing on everything. Healing is the great relaxer, the perfect antidote to stress. You know by now, I keep telling you, Healers cannot, and should never, promise a cure, but there is little wrong with any of us that I have not found is helped in some way by Spiritual Healing, anxiety and stress in particular.
